Enjoy a day of family fun at The Pumpkin Patch! Make sure you visit all of our great attractions including our corn maze. NEW THIS YEAR The Pumpkin Patch learning center featuring FURS FEATHERS AND CRAWLERS — touch a tarantula , pet a porcupine, snuggle a snake. This FREE hands on educational program will be featured 3 times each weekend day-weather permitting. Kids of all ages will learn many little known facts about all kinds of critters. Bring your camera!!. New this year---The Adrenalin Rush. We’ve added a new obstacle racing challenge course for kids ages 8 and older. The Front Yard: The front yard of The Pumpkin Patch house has been transformed into every child's dream. The Big Slide: Fast and Fun! Haunted House Children of all ages will wind their way through the scary, fun-filled Haunted House. The Pumpkin Patch Pitch Test your skill! The Castle Maze A hit with the preschoolers! Sorry Mom and Dad, no big kids allowed. Cameron the Caterpillar Another Pumpkin Patch favorite. Kids are swallowed by the caterpillar and slide out the end only to do it again. The Bones and Groans Gift Shop Features scary home decoration and accessories. It's also the entryway to the Haunted Shed Corn Cannons — our specially designed air powered cannons shoot ears of corn and mini gourds at targets as far as 100 yards away — test your skill. The Haunted Shed is a family friendly activity at The Pumpkin Patch. We've added many new scares. Enter through The Bones and Groans Gift Shop for a scary walk through The Haunted Shed. Every year we lose a few kids who are never heard from again. Rumor has it they're still in The Haunted Shed ready to welcome this year's visitors. The Land of Orange Pony Rides: Everyone's favorite at The Pumpkin Patch. This year we'll have two rings so you won't wait long to enjoy your ride on our very gentle and well-mannered ponies. Sorry Mom and Dad, a weight limit applies so you'll have to settle for watching the fun. Balloon Bounce: This giant pumpkin is filled with dancing balloons. Preschool children love to catch the balloons. Pumpkin Launching Using our giant sling shot, you can launch pumpkins towards giant targets. And you thought you'd never see a pumpkin fly! We now have an adults only pumpkin launch that will shoot a large pumpkin a 100 yards! The Petting Zoo: The free petting zoo is open 7 days a week. Bunnies, chickens, a baby calf, miniature cows, a donkey and lots of sheep and goats are the stars of this year's petting zoo. A special hand-washing station is available so you'll be cleaned up prior to sampling those famous Pumpkin Patch treats. Our staff is 90% teenagers. As a result, several of our outside activities and all of our food stands are only open on the weekends when our labor is available.
